We have been designing for Housing Associations since the 80s, and include among our clients Mendip Housing, Western Challenge, SHAL Housing, Knightstone, Sovereign, Redland, Raglan, Hastoe and West Wiltshire Housing Associations. We have also worked with other community organisations, like Leonard Cheshire.

We have designed exception sites as wells as delivering RSL elements of private developments.

We are qualified Code and Thermal Assessors, and are thoroughly familiar with Employer's Requirements and the larger framework within which Housing Associations operate, including Lifetime Homes, Buildings for Good, Secure By Design, etc.

We have carried out conversion and new build work as well as guiding Housing Associations through Planning and Building legislation for their existing housing stock. We have carried out audit studies and remedial studies for existing housing estates.

We are constantly researching the range of sustainable technology with which RSLs are increasingly meeting higher code levels.
